Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions from our customers, if you question is not listed please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q: What days do you deliver?
A: Everyday Monday to Saturday for most local
deliveries and Tuesday to Saturday inclusive for overnight
deliveries
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver all over the UK and Ireland, next day, although some islands and
parts of the Scottish highlands make take two days. We can ship to
most European destinations and further a field within two days
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: No, but for free delivery for overnight
customers the order should to be over £100, but over £200 for the
highlands and Islands - and for local van
customers £35, however we can deliver smaller orders but they would bear a
small carriage charge at cost
Q: When do I need to place my order by?
A: For overnight customers, orders should be placed by 3.30pm for
next day delivery, and orders can be left on our answer phone for
delivery on the next available day. For local van deliveries anytime up to 6 AM orders can be left on our answer
phone for that days' delivery.
Q: Can I get a discount on catalogue
prices?
A: The prices stated are honest prices - they are
not loaded to so that you think you are getting a 'discount', but we
are always happy to discuss special requirements or larger purchases
and we always have some excellent bargains on our weekly specials!
Q: Do I need to open an account?
A: It is preferable to open an account so that you
can automatically receive our weekly specials keep in touch with
what's new on the market or you can pay by credit card, but unfortunately we are unable
to accept cash on delivery from overnight customers.
Q: How do I open an account?
A: All you need to do is fill in and return a credit application
(available upon request) and an account can be set up within a few
days.
Q: What if I need an emergency order in
a hurry?
A: No problem - we can arrange a timed next
day delivery before 9am, 10am, 12am - even same day!! however these
services do incur a carriage charge at cost, we would be please to
quote you
Q: Will my frozen goods still be frozen
when I receive them? ?
A: All frozen goods will be packed with super
chill ice packs and any frozen meat or fish products should still be
frozen on receipt, however other products such as desserts may just
be on freezing and we therefore advise you to use those up within
there defrost time, typically 7-10days which will be printed on the
packaging
Q: What if my order doesn't arrive at
the time it normally does?
A: Please contact our office and we can
then check on our tracking system to see where your parcels are -
maybe stuck in traffic or delayed at the depot - whatever the reason
we will get you the answer!
