Great emphasis is still placed on the aim for perfection and no stone is left unturned in achieving that goal.

For local deliveries (within approx 40 miles radius) orders can be received up until 6am on our answer phone on the morning for delivery although it is preferable to place your orders with one of our sales team who can then inform you of availability or special offers for your order.

We can arrange a regular call for you at a time and day to suit, or you can ring, fax or email your requirements. 

Our main delivery service, however, is our overnight service which supplies hotels and restaurants throughout the United Kingdom, Eire and Northern Ireland, as well as many hotels throughout Scotland, the highlands and Islands.

Vin Sullivan pioneered the concept of the third party carrier nearly 30 years ago and has perfected the system which makes us one of the leading national supplier of quality fine foods.

Orders received by 3.30pm are prepared and packed to leave our depot by 6.00pm. The order is then on its way, guaranteed to arrive next day - often before lunchtime! We can also provide a timed delivery service - before 10am, 12am or even same day though these will be a charge at cost for these services. From the tip of Scotland to the Isles of Scilly, from Pembroke to Galway and Belfast - a total fine food service for any hotel or restaurant - any day of the week - Tuesday to Saturday!

All products are carefully packed in insulated boxes with special ice packs to ensure that full compliance to the Food Regulations are strictly adhered to. Every consignment carries an unquestioned guarantee on both quality and time of arrival.

All products despatched carry a no quibble guarantee - not only for quality but also for delivery. If it is not good enough for our customer it is not good enough for Vin Sullivan's!!

All products are guaranteed to arrive with you within required temperature limits.

Our polystyrene boxes are packed with super chilled ice packs to -minus 44 Degrees Celsius are added before they are shrink wrapped, labelled and despatched to arrive with you before midday the next day - Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, although earlier deliveries can be arranged.

We consistantly test the temperature of consignments using a 'datalog' during their journey to ensure temperatures are maintained for the duration of the trip from our door to your kitchen.

The service has proved extremely successful not only in the UK but we also send product abroad - the Caribbean, Bermuda, Seychelles, Europe and even to yachts in the Mediterranean.
