We have a huge range of frozen and dried fruits from all over the world including the UK - Frozen Morello cherries, gooseberries and rhubarb for example to make your own purees or compotes.
Griottine cherries in alcohol with stalk simply dipped in dark chocolate make an easy accompaniment with coffee. Frozen black forest fruits mix looks and tastes great with a panna cotta or vanilla ice cream
Dried cranberries, papaya or goji berries are the more unusual in our range of dried fruit that go along with our dried fruit salad for breakfast or your fruit cake mixes
With over 60 different varieties of fruit coulis (25% sugar) and fruit purees (10% sugar) both ambient and frozen, you should not have to look far to get what you need. Guanabana, prickly pear and kalamansi are probably the more unusual purees we stock but you will be more familiar with white peach, wild strawberry and purple fig.
A range of chutneys from the 2.5kg tubs handmade in Devon, our most popular range with varieties such as gooseberry and elderflower or pear and ginger. The 2kg range from Suffolk with flavours such as real ale chutney and Mediterranean tomato.
Along with these the fresh chutneys from En Place such as Wild cranberry and fresh walnut compete with the more unusual hand made chutney and jellies from Cumbria - wild garlic jelly, damson chutney and rowanberry jelly for example
Jane also makes a stunning range of less unusual jams such as strawberry, chamomile & lavender or blackberry, elderberry and juniper jam - her apple, ginger and marigold conserve is exquisite!
For the larger user our range of small batch jams from Dorset is excellent value packed in 3kg tubs
Not forgetting the fruit juices and cordials as well!!
