Vin Sullivan has had a long association with Continental Chefs Supplies - the specialist suppliers of the finest chefs equipment for both kitchen and front of house.

No CCS products are stocked, but we simply order them on your behalf - this means that there are no minimum orders, no carriage charges and at the same CCS prices, the goods are sent along with your food orders from ourselves. So if it is just a pack of day dots or a set of pastry cutters - just pick up your phone and ring.

Also carried are range of knives made by Samuel Staniforth in Sheffield. With over 100 years of experience in the production of high quality forged cutlery for the professional chef, the range is extensive and can be ordered for especially for you, although we do stock a large range or chefs knives, turning knives, oyster knives and blocks, scalers, meat hooks, slicers etc.

The 'Bull' mark stands for high quality and reliability and the knife edge stays sharper than traditional knives due to the Molybdenum stainless steel blades and is made to feel comfortable by the unique samprene polypropylene handle

A very popular line is the cut resistant glove which fits either hand and is available in small, medium, large and extra large - very useful in saving yourself from those annoying little nicks and cuts - but it is not stab proof!!

Vin Sullivans do carry a large stock of baking parchment, catering foil and cling film, which is now anti bacterial, and available in different sizes.

Cheese wires, graters, muslin cloth, roasting films, truffle slicers, even bamboo steamers, chopsticks and sushi rolling mats are available as well as kebab and satay sticks.

There is also a range of four different wood chips and dusts if you wish to do your own smoking!!
