It is no surprise since Wales is famous for its abundant lush grassland that Welsh beef, Welsh lamb and free range woodland pork top the popularity stakes and can be provided either as bone in or boneless cuts or as portion control steaks and chops.

We also supply fresh British Beef & Lamb in primal cuts and joints. Boneless and vacuum packed - because we do not process or cut these we can offer them to you at some incredible prices to boost your bank balance. As well as British Beef we also supply grass fed beef from South America. With a long chilled shelf life, this beef has never seen the inside of a feed lot or shed and is delicious and tender.

Gammon, bacon, haggis, mixed grills, ham, Clonakility black or white puddings and a full range of offal - pigs cheeks, ox cheeks, hearts, livers, kidneys, oxtail and sweetbreads even faggots and kebabs complete the range.

Dorset Rose Veal - Freedom Foods animal welfare friendly veal is available in a variety of cuts - topsides, rib roasts, livers, osso bucco, marrow bones, tails, kidneys and sweetbreads.
These animals are loose housed on straw and fed traditional solid feed, not milk fed. The flesh is a little darker than milk fed but still has the veal flavour and texture and compliments our Dutch Friander Veal

Mutton is gaining in popularity each season and our bonless legs are by far the best seller. Whole dressed goat and boneless goat meat are more popular during the Summer.

We stock a large range of suckling pig joints and cuts, which enable you to use suckling pig in many more menu situations - from whole dressed suckling pig 6-8kg, boned and rolled shoulders, grill mix, loin chops, mini roasts, shanks, belly, whole leg and much more.

Fresh Wagu Beef and grain fed USA beef are available to order in primal cuts - e.g. ribeye, striploin, fillet, rump etc.

Nearly 40 different varieties of sausage are stocked - all in natural skins and include such varieties as Duke of Bershire pork, pheasant and thyme, steak and guinness, pork and stilton, and duck and apricot.

Our extensive range of frozen exotic meats are renowned and available either as primal cuts or as portion control steaks - our most popular preparation. The range includes Kudu, Eland, Impala, Zebra, Bison, Kangaroo, Camel, Ostrich, Reindeer.

For those of adventursome nature we have a large range of bugs and grubs to test the most discerning palate. Pregnant Field Crickets, Chilli Grasshoppers, Sage Worm Lavae, Armourtail Scorpions, Giant Waterbugs, even Zebra Tarantulas!!
