We stock a wide range of dried and tinned wild mushrooms and truffles - including mini morilles and Chinese straw mushroom and both our sliced and whole black truffles are very competitively priced.

Most popular in our range wild mushrooms are the frozen varieties which are cleaned and trimmed - no waste to spoil your enjoyment!! Baby girolles and cepes are the most requested and again very competitively priced.

Wild mushroom and truffle oils can be found in the oil section of our brochure.

Dried herbs and spices are all supplied in 1 litre resealable tubs and you have some 150 to choose from including galangal and Thai seven spice. Peppercorns in every colour and preparation and of course saffron which we import directly from Spain along with pimenton both dulce and picante.

Halon mon, Cornish and Malden sea salts are all stocked as are a selection of other salts such as black salt for Indian cuisine and sel rose for preserving your pates and terrines.

Although the herbs and spices are in 1 litre tubs, large quantities can be supplied - please don't hesitate to ask for a quotation.

Our range of olives is extensive either in brine or marinated in oil & herbs. From pitted black, stone in green, stuffed, mixed - every type of olive is available and sourced mostly from France and Italy although some also from Greece.

Giant Atlas olives, pitted or stone in, or the favourite Kalamata olive, again pitted or stone in and if there is an olive you require not listed, please don't hesitate to ask!
