We have a huge range of innovative hand made canapes, some to cook and serve, others to simply thaw and serve. Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef & horseradish, mini aberdeen angus cheeseburgers with bacon. Thai red chicken curry skewers, duck and mango spring rolls, together with vegetarian options such as cocktail vegetable samosas and spinach pakoras.

Chipotle chilli prawns, plaice or cod goujons, popcorn shrimp, chilli and mango king prawn tails, Thai crab cakes, prawn skewers together with a range of dips and sauces make quick and easy buffet additions, starters and sharing plates as well as great canapes.

Of course if you wish to make your own we have an enormous range of canapé cups to fill yourself including cones, spoons and waves - all to give that stunning wow factor once filled and decorated.

Plentiful varieties of canapé biscuits also on stock - mini toasts, pumpernickel rounds to name but a few.

Fillings are also available in the form of pates, mousses and foams in meat, fish and vegetable!

Some of our canapés can be made up into starters but we do have a range of homemade starters and tartlets to save you time in a busy kitchen and ideal for weddings and functions. some are simply defrost and serve and others to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. All very competitively priced and range from individual game terrines with port to goats cheese and red onion marmalade tart
